COURSE HOSTING OPTIONS

OPEN COURSE OPTION: This is designed for agencies desiring training but who prefer to attract additional students from neighboring agencies in order to defray the overall costs.  If your agency provides the training location and 10 paying students they recieve 2 free slots in the course.

CLOSED COURSE OPTION: As an alternative we offer the option of the host agency paying a predetermined flat fee.  This allows the host agency to open the course to only its personnel.  Some agencies choose to open a closed course to outside departments.  In this case registrations are paid directly to the host agency.  This fee provides training for up to 16 students and includes two subject matter expert / instructors, training materials, textbooks, handouts, and support materials.  Under this option the host agency can set the attendee price as they see fit.

HOST AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES: In both formats the host agency will also be responsible for providing the training faclilites, course specific equipment for their attendees, ranges, and classrooms.  Special Operations Systems will provide all written and video training materials when applicable.  We require a service contract with a 30 day cancellation clause to initiate work.
