DIRECTOR OF TRAINING Don has over 13 years of law enforcement and private security experience. Don is currently a TCLEOSE Firearms Instructor and holds an Advanced Peace Officers license with over 2500 hours of specialized training. Don has received training and experience in numerous aspects of law enforcement special operations such as explosive handling and breaching, high-risk entries, sniping, dignitary protection, K-9 operations, drug interdiction, and clandestine laboratory enforcement. Currently Don serves as a Instructor and Tactical Team Leader for a county wide task force responsible for conducting narcotics enforcement and high-risk details such as raids, fugitive apprehensions, and undercover operations. In addition Don is a SWAT Team Member (Assaulter / Explosive Breacher) for a mid-sized metropolitan police department. Don has conducted patrols and protective security operations during several major disasters to include Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. Don has deployed globally in support of the US Department of State, Antiterrorism Assistance (ATA) Program training the Presidential Protective Details of several host nations. |

LEAD INSTRUCTOR Bob has over 25 years of SWAT and special operations experience in career criminal, fugitive, gang and illicit drug operations. He has extensive real world firearms and combatives experience. Bob has participated and supervised numerous protective details. He has been trained by the U.S. Secret Service and other organizations in dignitary protection. Bob has trained numerous local, state and federal officers in firearms, combatives, close quarters combat, combat mindset, SWAT operations, breaching and tactical leadership. |

LEAD INSTRUCTOR Jad has conducted operations worldwide during his career with the United States Naval Special Warfare Teams and as a Private Security Contractor. As a US Navy Seal, Jad was a certified Medic 18D, Sniper, and Arabic linquist. Jad has served as an instructor and primary medic for the US Dept. of State, Antiterrorism Assistance (ATA) Program. During Hurricane Katrina Jad was responsible for providing Maritime Security for the relief efforts. Jad has served as a Crisis Response Team instructor/mentor, presenting advanced police tactical training and conducting close protection details throughout Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). Jad has also served as the Primary Medic on the Bremer Protection Detail in Iraq |

LEAD INSTRUCTOR Mark has over 15 years of experience operating and training in high threat environments. Mark has served as a member of the Department of Energy, Special Operations Division, Special Response Team. Mark was responsible for the protection against threat, sabotage, attack on nuclear material and “nuclear site” facilities and property. Mark has specialized training in counter terrorist activity, special weapons, counter assault tactics, threat assessments and has trained on a multitude of weapons systems. In addition Mark has served on the Karzai Protection Detail in Kabul Afghanistan. His assignments included (PRS) Primary Ring of Security, (CAT) Counter Ambush Team and (S/CS) Sniper/Counter-Sniper Team. Mark has also served as Shift Leader for the close protection of Ambassador Paul Bremer and for other U.S. Dignitaries in the Iraqi theater of operations. Currently Mark is Chief Instructor of Skull Canyon Idaho; a 670-acre tactical training facility located 60 miles north of Idaho Falls, ID. Mark continues to stay active in the community serving as an instructor for the Department of State, Anti-terrorism Assistance Program. |

LEAD INSTRUCTOR Mike's career spans over two decades of dedicated military and high level private security service. As a U.S. Army Special Forces soldier his specialty was Engineer (18C). Mike's distinguished military career includes Special Forces Advanced Reconnaissance, Target Analysis and Exploitation Techniques Course (SFARTAETC), Advanced Explosive Operations and Jumpmaster. Mike has worked as a Project Manager and Instructor in Angola , Colombia , Ecuador , Venezuela , Haiti , Iraq and Afghanistan . He has been teaching Combat Marksmanship and Small Unit Tactics for over 20 years. He is our Primary Spanish Language Instructor. Mike brings an unparalleled level of experience in Military and Security subjects for High Risk Operations. |

LEAD INSTRUCTOR Don F. is currently the Assistant Team Leader for a multi agency SWAT team. Don F. has over 14 years real world experience in the response and management of critical incidents such as high-risk felony search/arrest warrant service, barricaded persons, active shooter, and hostage situations. Don F. has served as both an assault team member and sniper. Don F. has experience in team training, individual team member development, team equipment needs, and the operational planning process. During Hurricane Katrina Don F. conducted patrols and protective security operations in the heart of New Orleans, LA. Don F. is a certified defensive tactics, specialty impact muntions, and taser instructor. Don F. served in US Army in an Infantry MOS and was Air Assault qualified. |

SECURITY SCHOOL MANAGER Jeff has been involved in the security industry in Texas for approximately 20 years. As a Certified Texas Peace Officer Jeff has 10 years of Law Enforcement experience with a major metropolitan Police Department. Jeff is licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau as a classroom and firearms instructor, and has over 10 years experience in security training. As the former training director of a large Dallas area security academy, Jeff was able to direct and institute several cutting edge training programs. As a security instructor, Jeff is uniquely qualified. Jeff is currently a Texas DPS Private Security Licensed manager, and he has worked security in all major capacities to include field operations, investigations, and supervision. Jeff’s supervision experience includes the direction of operations for nearly five thousand hours of security services per week. As a student, Jeff has attended numerous instructor development courses and firearms training courses. Jeff continues to stay current with industry trends and strives to update his training programs with current theories, practices, techniques and law. Jeff is also a Texas DPS PSB certified Personal Protection Officer (PPO Level IV). |
